If a domestic flight is not an option, the next best choice would be to take a 5-6 hour bullet train to Shanghai or Hangzhou, and from there transfer to another train headed for Jinhua. (The bullet trains do not yet go directly from Beijing to Jinhua.) Slow trains from Beijing to Jinhua take up to 24 hours.
