The products on this website are described as accurately as possible but for technical reasons colours may differ slightly from those illustrated. Measurements are approximate. The products are made in metric sizes. Imperial sizes are the closest convenient equivalents.
Guarantee and returns
Arelle Blankets are made to very high specifications and are guaranteed against problems caused by faulty manufacture for a period of 10 years. This guarantee does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse or failure to follow our advice about cleaning any of our products. If a blanket has a fault or is different from the one you ordered please return it to us, unused and in the original packaging to our freepost address. A full refund will be given.
If you wish to change a product for any other reason please return it to our freepost address within 14 days. If the product is in good condition and is a stock item we will refund you immediately but we will deduct the postage cost from the refunded amount.
Due to the unique nature of the products many blankets are made to order. In these cases Arelle Products Ltd reserves the right to charge a non-returnable deposit of not more than 20% of the order value at the time of the order. You will be informed at the time of ordering if this applies to your order. This does not affect the guarantee we put on all our products as described above.
Privacy and security
We will respect your privacy and never disclose your personal information to anyone else.
We conform to all the requirements of the Data Protection Act.
When you order on line we do not receive your credit card details. These are held by Worldpay so all your transactions are secure.
How to order
Just follow the on screen instructions. At every stage you will be able to check if we are adding the correct order to your shopping basket. read the 'ordering online' Section at the bottom of this page for more information on how to make a purchase via our online payment system. We also accept orders via post , see below for details.

Postage & Packing
For ALL orders postage and packing is FREE to addresses in mainland Britain. FOR OTHER UK AND IRELAND ADDRESSES AND IF YOU ORDER MORE THAN ONE BLANKET IT IS ALWAYS WORTH PHONING US TO GET A QUOTE. WE WILL ONLY CHARGE YOU WHAT IT COSTS US. We do not send blankets outside this area.
We aim to hold stock of most items listed on this site and these items will be delivered within 2 weeks of your order - usually it will be a lot quicker. Items out of stock and made-to-measure items will take longer but in no case should the delivery time be longer than 4 weeks. If there is any delay in your order we will contact you to tell you. Please allow a little longer for Christmas orders.
We are pleased to gift wrap any item and send it directly to the recipient. If you send us a card we can include it or we can write one for you. The cost for this service is between £5 and £10 depending on the size of the item.
